Shipping Policies
Shipping will be determined on in stock availability. Shipping is 2-3 Business days once an item is in stock. If you pre-ordered an item we will continuously update the product description to fit its availability. Should an item be cancelled by our distributor we will refund you immediately. However there are no returns and once an item has shipped there will be no refunds issued. Should a problem arise with a shipment please reach out to the carrier before reaching out to The Bison Den.
Return/Refund Policy
We do not accept returns and refunds are only given for preorders that are no longer available or stock that cannot be shipped. Once an item has shipped it is not refundable or returnable.
